✅ Product Delivery
Aroxbd delivers digital products within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation via inbox, email, or any designated method.
Our core focus is to ensure speed, security, and reliability in delivering products on time.

🔁 Return Policy
Digital products are generally non-returnable. However:

• If a wrong product is sent or the file does not work, the customer must contact us within 3 days via our Facebook page or WhatsApp with valid proof (screenshot/video).

• Upon verification, the customer may receive a replacement or another product of equal value.

• Files that have already been used or downloaded are not eligible for return.

• A single order cannot be returned more than once.

💸 Refund Policy
If a product is incorrect or defective and Aroxbd fails to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.

Refund Methods:

• bKash – Within 3 working days

• Bank Transfer – Within 5 working days

• Cash on Delivery is not applicable, as digital products are sold via online payment only.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

• Name, phone number, and order proof from the time of purchase must be provided for refund/return requests.

• All refund/return decisions will be finalized after Aroxbd’s verification and approval.
